Open all year. Right by the sea. Family run home from home Guest House. Situated by the Pleasure beach, Water park, South Pier, Tram and Bus stops. Surrounded by places to eat, pubs, shops and more that the South Shore has to offer. All rooms refurbished or part refurbished 2022. I deal for short or long stays . . We welcome Couples and family's, contractors also welcome. We do not accommodate Stag or Hens/groups. Breakfast can be ordered during you stay it is a take away boxed style, Rooms have tables or lap trays. Menus to be filled in the day before and breakfast can be picked up from the reception in the morning at the time stated on the order form. We operate a self check in system this gives the guest quick check in, no waiting at the door to be let in also no rushing to get here by a set time. Check in 2.30pm check out 10am Sorry no early check ins or late check outs.
