About

The cosy, quirky accommodation is a converted Smithy dating back to the 1700s, with open planned living downstairs & a mezzanine in the roof space for sleeping. The accommodation benefits from off road parking & a garden with country views. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer & oven with touch control hob. The dining/lounge adjoins, with 2 bars stools at the old work bench overlooking the valley - ideal for breakfast or a glass of wine, or both! Up the stairs to the mezzanine where you can find the double bed to the right, & relaxed beanbags to the left where you can recline & watch a second TV. The mezzanine enjoys views across the valley also. (Please note the reduced head height in the mezzanine - it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled). The garden has a picnic table where you can sit & enjoy the surroundings & view across the valley to St Endellion Church. The property is located on a network of local footpaths & is a 10 minute walk from the village of Port Isaac, home of Martin Clunes hit TV series Doc Martin. Please note we do not offer short breaks between mid July & early September, & there is a minimum night requirement of 7 nights between these dates. Week long bookings have a FRIDAY changeover. Check in is from 3pm & check out 10am. Bookings made over Christmas or New Year period are a minimum of 4 Nights & must include either Christmas Day or New Years Day. Pets are not permitted.
