This is our family home which we love very much. It is has a great location 5 minutes from the sea and sea views from upstairs. Swanage is a lovely seaside resort situated on the Jurassic Coast. It is perfect for a beach holiday, walking holiday or just a relaxing holiday. The house is light and airy. It has an open plan kitchen/living room and an orangery which is separated with bi-fold doors. This is used as a dining room. There is one bedroom/office downstairs, a wet-room, a toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The main one is en suite and a family bathroom. We have a large back and front garden. There is parking for 2 cars and or ample parking on the private road. Shops, restaurants and beach are a five minute walk.
