We are a small family run B&B, located in the heart of Boscombe, just a short walk from the cliff-top, sandy beaches, the O2 Academy, Shelley Manor Theatre and the Vitality football stadium. Bournemouth town centre, gardens, pier and Oceanarium are only 10 minutes by car, land train or public bus or, if you prefer, a nice 45 minute walk along the beach promenade. With only 4 rooms, our aim is to focus on the personal touch and provide a slice of home, with our spacious rooms that all maintain the traditional high ceilings of properties from the 19th Century and many original features.
