Lilliput Lodge is a large house in Lilliput, Poole near to Sandbanks that has been renovated. The house has a hot tub, games room, with a table tennis table, darts board, BBQ and has been renovated. Renovation was complete in May 2022. GROUND FLOOR: • Kitchen has a washing machine, American fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, range of cooking utensils. • Dining Room has a dining table • Living Room / 6th bedroom has chair, sofas (1 sofa is a sofa bed), table and a large Smart TV • 5th Bedroom / Playroom: bed, chair, toys • Games room with table tennis table and darts board • Downstairs toilet FIRST FLOOR: • Master bedroom is a large room with a double bed, large wardrobe, side tables • Bedroom 2 with a double bed • Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds • Bedroom 4 with a double bed GARDEN • Hot Tub • BBQ • Dining table and chairs • Fully enclosed private garden PARKING • Off road parking is available for 4 cars on the large driveway PETS • Dogs are more than welcome and there will be a charge of £50 per dog that stays. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
