RNLI College Discovery Tour

RNLI College Discovery Tour : we organise 2 tours a day, 7 days a week. Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays 10:30 hrs & 14:00 hrs; Fridays 10:30 hrs & 15:30 hrs; 3 tours on Sundays 10:30 hrs, 12:30 hrs & 14:30 hrs. Enjoy a 90 minute behind the scenes tour and find out how our crews and lifeguards are trained to save lives at sea. Each tour is conducted by one of our dedicated volunteer tour guides, providing a passionate and insightful look at the work we do at the training college. During your 90 minute guided tour, you will be given the chance to explore the RNLI College training facilities, gain a better understanding of our lifeboat fleet and experience our world-class Sea Survival Centre, our Search and Rescue Command Simulator as well as our Maritime and Coastguard Agency accredited Live Engine Workshop. Maybe even see live our crews being trained, subject to weekday training schedules of course.
