We are a family run, independant Wood Fired kitchen, we specialise in pizzas made with dough that is freshly made everyday, our own family secret recipe homemade sauce, cooked to perfection in our wood fired clay oven. We also have home made beef or veal burgers, buttermilk chicken strips in Piadizza crumb, salads and a few pasta dishes. We are NOT an Italian restaurant, we are a wood fire kitchen, we can cook whatever we feel like cooking in our oven from any cuisine in the world, so it's worth checking the website regularly to see the weekly specials
