Our Starboard Bistro serves a wide variety of dishes with fresh sea food, local oysters and local meats complimented by the hotel garden organic vegetables and salads featuring prominently. Traditional Scottish dishes are also present, including the famous Cullin Skink, Haggis and Stornoway Black Pudding. We stock a good selection of wines to enhance your dining enjoyment with the fantastic Islay Malt Whiskies on the gantry to match with your meal choice or to sip as an after dinner treat. We also serve a varied Bar Menu in both Old Port Bar and our Snug Bar. Dining style is informal with guests enjoying the fantastic harbour views from the Bistro - weather permitting we can also serve meals on our garden tables.
