The Estate is the perfect place to enjoy the countryside. We are the proud home of the first beavers to return to Essex for over 400 years. Get away from it all in rural North Essex, just a stones throw from Braintree, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, Stansted Airport, the M11, Cambridge and Chelmsford. As a working farming estate we care deeply about our environment, woodlands and the wildlife we provide a home for. The perfect place to indulge your passion for photography in one of our dedicated wildlife photography hides, or join a walking tour to see first-hand the changes we are making to our local landscape. In winter months enjoy the fruits of the forest with our sustainably produced wild venison.
