640East started as a collection of Coffee-Bars, with two sites in London and one in Bristol. They offer three products: 'Coffee by Day', 'Beer by Night' & 'Food for Thought'. The venues deliver on an industrial, energetic atmosphere, all cleverly designed with upcycled materials Brighton is the fourth site, and the first venture into Cafe-Restaurants. With a predominantly plant based menu, alongside the usual Grab&Go food, and outstanding offering of Caravan Coffee, there's selection of healthy bowls and breakfast to dine in, that then transitions into a selection of small plates in the evening. The perfect accompaniment to an outstanding cocktail range, also developed for the Cafe-Restaurant concept.
