Run by the folk behind Brighton Gin and tucked away opposite the Stage Door of The Old Market, Bottom's Rest is a hidden gem of a pub - excellent value and very well kept beers, wines and spirits, the warmest welcome in Brighton and a lovely gang of customers. Board games, open fires in the winter and outdoor suntrap spaces in the summer, probably the best Sunday Roast in Hove and very dog friendly to boot!
