Flank at the Royal Sovereign. Tom Griffiths, Owner/Chef has a passion for locally sourced seasonal produce served in a unique and simple way. Meat sourced from a local small holding farm cooked using a kamodo BBQ and old British techniques. Vegetables take pride of place on his plates. A traditional pub roast is served every Sunday, along with pub snacks all week and a wide variety of craft beer.
