There are two rooms at the moment (or 3 with a plan) both with their own front doors, breakfast is provided, this is an old fashioned bed breakfast, I do not go out and social distancing is easy on a farm on the edge of Ashdown Forest , do call me to arrange a holiday here that suits you, I have taken care of my friends all my life , then began a bed and breakfast 10 or 13 years ago, communication is everything , twice I found that people did not like this place and it is a shame a husband would deliver his wife's cases out of a hotel in east grinstead to come along to a farm, this did not suit her at all , so there are some ridiculous photographs up on this web site, finally in 2020 I thought time to put a profile of good beds over a stunning view which some people find incredible relaxing , also I would take people on 5 mile walks if they are like me , not having the greatest sense of direction
