We’ve got a whole range of experiences for you to choose from, so you can pick the shoot ‘em up day to suit you. Polowood shooting ground is tucked away amongst grazing farmland and woods at the foot of the lovely South Downs hills. You leave touristy Brighton behind when you hit the narrow country lane running along the bottom of the ridge that takes you to the farm estate base. It’s a pretty stunning entrance, to say the least and sets the scene for the rest of the your clay pigeon shooting day. Indeed, it’s all very countrified round these parts, with a trusty Landy often being used to transport guests around the 10 acre site. A warm welcome from Polowood shoot’s owner Gary and it’s straight into the clay pigeon shooting. This is the mainstay of this shooting ground and there’s an excellent variety of stands and shooting styles.
