A cookery school with a heart in the heart of Brighton. Any profits raised from our classes with chefs & food experts help us to run more community cookery groups for vulnerable people in the city. See our website for latest listings of upcoming cookery classes covering everything from patisserie to fermentation, Indian street food to dim sum, & much more. The Community Kitchen is also available for venue hire and private classes/ parties/ team building and other events.
