Worthing Leisure Centre is part of the South Downs Leisure Trust (from April 2015) offering over 270 fitness classes per week, it is the largest of our five sites, with the following facilities: double sports hall, squash courts, fitness studio, spinning studio, weights room, fitness suite with wet area, soft play, bar, cafe, function room, 3G Football Centre & athletics track.
