Nestled in the Artisan Quarter of Bath is the Bath Aqua Glass Glassblowing Studio & Café By The Furnace. Come & watch our glassblowers for free Tuesday to Saturday or get involved with our glassmaking activities from the Child Friendly 'Breath in a bauble' from age 4 and up to full private hire of the entire studio for the day! You can pre-book Lunch at our café or visit our on site gift shop. Bath Aqua Glass is blown with copper oxide one of the main minerals in the bath Spa Waters. In the Studio you can find two antique stained glass windows and a collection of glass through the ages. One of the windows was found under Bath Abbey chambers it depicts artisans at work loaned to us by the local council for display.
