Brigg & Stow is a bar & kitchen at Bristol Airport. Celebrating local partnerships such as Psychopomp Microdistillery, Thatchers Cider, Barber’s Cheddar and Hobbs House Bakery. Our menu features delicious breakfast and pub classics alongside craft and International beers & ciders with a full bar offering. Brigg & Stow’s name is derived from Bristol’s original name of ‘Brigg Stow’ (meaning ‘‘meeting place at the bridge’ in the original Saxon).
