Colonnade is a sustainable-forward restaurant set within the historic heart of Bristol Beacon, behind the Byzantine colonnades that once fronted the old concert hall. The food offers a fresh take on modern European cuisine where our chefs develop seasonal menus led by artisanal local produce. We are consciously low-carbon impact in what we do. Over half our choices are plant-based and we only serve seasonal, responsibly sourced fish, and ethically produced meat from free roaming, pasture fed, high welfare animals.
