'in the kitchen' offers fun, relaxed & hands-on cooking classes in the heart of Bath. Peter Testo has been a professional chef for almost 10 years, running restaurants in the UK and as distant as New Zealand. Peter has been trained in 'nose to tail' philosophy cooking, which he has taken around the world picking up new dishes tricks and tips along the way.
