Joya Italian Steakhouse offers 28 day matured prime steaks alongside modern Italian dining in a fantastic position overlooking the world famous Pulteney Bridge and Weir. Locally sourced steaks, homemade pasta dishes, chargrilled fish, chicken and lamb. From our homemade spaghetti bolognese to our prime extra mature fillet steak join us at Joya Italian Steakhouse. All our Extra Mature Steaks can be served on our hot volcanic stones for you to finish to your liking at the table for no additional cost. Your steak will be flash-sealed on our char-grill and then brought to you with your choice of flavoured butter, salt and steak sauce. Move the steak onto the side plate as soon as it arrives at the table, slice the meat and finish to your liking on the hot stone one piece at a time using the butter to cook, salt to season and sauce for dipping.
