About

Although owned by the University of Bristol, the Royal Fort Gardens are open to the public for the majority of the year. The core garden was designed in 1800 by Humphry Repton and widely used for student activities. Visitors will enjoy classic buildings, mature habitats and biodiversity and public art: 'Follow me' Jeppe Heins, 'Hollow' Katie Paterson and stainless steel totems by Julian Warren.
