Both Bath and Bradford on Avon are situated on the River Avon and Kennet and Avon Canal offering a wealth of historical interest and beauty.Shrubdown is a sprawling, comfortable house, with a south facing aspect, set in the middle of 3 acres of parkland and beautiful informal gardens. Secured by electric gates, there is ample parking. It is in an idyllic spot overlooking Iford Manor and the famous Italian “Peto Gardens”, nestling on the river Frome.
