The Batch Campsite

We are a small campsite on top of the Mendips a couple of miles from Cheddar and 6 miles from Weston Super Mare. We have four acres of fields, meadow and woods to explore. We are at the top of an unmade road. After getting here you won't need your car. Just relax and have fun. We have an "almost wild camping" field with basic facilities, toilets and a sink with drinking water. Each pitch has a firepit. You can forage for firewood or order a bag or two from us. We also have a large Yurt for glamping luxury. It's hidden down in the lower field with it's own shower and toilet. Sleeps up to four comfortably with two singles and a big brass bed. It has a wood fired stove inside and it's own firepit with barbecue outside. We can supply you with food to eat in or book you a meal at one of six nearby(walking distance) pubs.
