At The Dashwood, we bring a unique dining experience to the city of Bath, combining the freshness and vibrancy of Italian-inspired dishes with the comforting tradition of the British Sunday Roast. During the week, we serve our signature Italian Focaccia Bowls – a fresh, vibrant concept built on a base of homemade sourdough focaccia, made with organic flour and mother yeast. Each bowl is layered with seasonal salads and topped with high-quality ingredients like cured meats, fresh vegetables, artisan cheeses, and fruits. Available for dine-in or takeaway, they’re perfect for a healthy and satisfying lunch or light dinner. On Sundays, we transform the menu with our much-loved Sunday Roast, which was recently voted one of the top five in the UK. Our roast platters feature a generous selection of premium meats, perfectly roasted seasonal vegetables.
