Our Chef's prepare menus with a difference - from Traditional Sunday Lunch to light, healthy lunches and for dinner a choice of innovative dishes all set in a welcoming, relaxed and unique setting overlooking our scenic 9 hole parkland golf course. Head Chef Sean Horwood brings over 12 years experience in the hospitality industry. Sean and his team have earned their culinary experience under the guidance of some highly seasoned chefs at a number of 'AA Rosette' and 'Michelin Star' establishments. In recognition of their fabulous cuisine and high service standards the team have maintained the 2 AA Rosette's awarded to their two previous hotels, and have achieved entry into the invite only "Trenchman's Guide". The team brings a fresh and innovative style to the kitchen, with a rotating A'la Carte menu that ensure's the freshest produce available, that will suit both palate and wallet.
