Lamb & pork are reared on the Estate and the kitchen garden provides vegetables, herbs, salad leaves. The two orchards provide apples which are juiced and offered to guests for breakfast. Wildlife abounds including a family of beavers, who have been very busy in stream and ponds and bring much delight to guests who tip toe down to the valley to see them at dawn and dusk.
