The beach, the sea pool and South West coastal path are on your doorstep, a links golf course is nearby, and for those looking for shopping or entertainment, the town centre and fantastic local restaurants and bars are just a short stroll away. This ground floor apartment enjoys the high ceilings and large spacious rooms of a Victorian seaside house. Entry is through the garden via the enclosed porch/ sun room. The lounge/diner has a large bay window seating and dining area, providing views across Bude for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The comfy sofas are big enough for the whole family to relax and unwind on in front of the smart TV. The fabulous kitchen is directly accessed from the lounge and includes a range cooker and integrated appliances.
