This is a very comfortable home in Flexbury, Bude, suitable for families. The house is only a 5 minute walk away from the town beaches, golf course and shops. Once you have driven to Bude you do not need to use your car again! There is a variety of independent shops, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets in Bude. We have renovated and extended a bungalow to create a spacious 4 bedroom semi detached house. There is a master bedroom with a superking bed and ensuite, 2 rooms with doubles and a bedroom with bunk beds. Towels and linen are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Downstairs is a modern and comfortable open plan area with 2 sets of French doors that open onto a South facing garden with outdoor sofas, patio and lawn. There is also a gas barbecue and seating area. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for 8 people. A stainless steel dual fuel range oven, gorenji fridge dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included) and a large breakfast bar. There is a utility room with washing machine, freezer, ironing board and drying area and a separate WC. The front garden has our small allotment and you are welcome to harvest produce that is ready during your stay. Changeover day is on a Saturday, check out by 9am and arrival is from 2pm. No single *** groups please. No dogs. No smoking please.
