Opened in 2014, father and son, Barry and Matt Denny converted the derelict village pub in Hawstead to a cycle centre and country cafe. New for 2019, Wigwam Holidays cabins. 6 cabins, 5 standard 'Running Water' Cabins which sleep 4 people and a wheelchair accessible cabin which sleeps 5. The cycle centre includes a bike shop, service centre and bike fit service alongside a cyclo cross course on part of the 5 acre meadow which the building sits. The country cafe includes a full takeaway menu or sit in for breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake. All available from 9am - 4pm. Outside there is bike racking, picnic benches and a children's play area. The 6 on site glamping cabins include en suite showers, a kitchenette with a hob, microwave, fridge and sink with pans, crockery and glassware included. Parking is also available for overnight campervan and mobile home stays.
