The Parlour Lavenham
About
I have enjoyed being part of Lavenham’s High Street for six years, serving my Award Winning Ice Creams and Sorbets. Handmade by me at our family farm in Colne Engaine, I have been whisking ice cream for over 20 years! Using local seasonal ingredients, you will generally find an array of flavours from Easter through to Christmas. Using Pump Street’s single origin Chocolate, I have just won a Silver Award in the Academy of Chocolate's world wide competition. Served with Dawn's mega Marshmallows this is a delicious drink for chillier days. Monmouth Coffee and a selection of the Rare Tea Company’s teas are also served, along with homemade biscotti. My shop is small, but pretty things for your kitchen adorn the shelves with handmade pottery, handblocked tablecloths and kitchen textiles, designed by local artist Sophie Mann. I am a 'one man band' so please bear with me if there are days when some flavour choice is limited. I look forward to welcoming you. Jane
