We use Welsh Milk and Cream to make our very own rich dense artisan Italian style gelato injecting a large helping of local inspiration. We uniquely combine Classic Italian ideas with local fruits, blossoms and berries. We serve our produce from an authentic Italian three wheel Piaggio Ape. We are also the only ice cream maker in the UK able to offer their produce by MAIL
