Arian is a one-bedroom cottage that has a beamed open plan layout providing spacious kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Victorian cast spiral staircase leads to a twin berth gallery bedroom and separate bathroom with power shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Plenty of secure, well-lit parking Set in the middle of fifteen private acres Free hi-speed wifi Full Sky TV including Movies & Sport Underfloor heating & double glazing Laundry and drying room Private entrance & barbecue area Woodburning stove Bed-linen & towels Locked bike store BBike, boot and dog wash Outdoor splash pool Woodland walk Access to the farm is via a drive which sweeps up from Cwmbach to a position of elevated tranquillity. Behind the farm is a four acre broadleaf wood and open fields which border the ‘nant’ (stream) which supplies our water. Guests are able to enjoy this private wood which has direct access to the upland areas behind the farm which is classified “open country”. The stone cottages and studios have flagstones and floorboards which have underfloor heating. The Shepherds Hut has an electric convector heater All properties have fresh linen, a modern bathroom, sink, microwave, hairdryer, television, wifi, kettle, toaster. All except Gwyn has e woodburner: we charge £5 per night including logs. Melyn and Arian cottages have a full kitchen with cooker and dishwasher and are on two floors. Gwyn, our ground floor studio, is disabled friendly.
