The Green Dragon is an historic local pub centrally located in the heart of the Village of Chesterton. With stunning riverside views, a picturesque beer garden leading down to the river. STUFF MY PITTA - OUR STORY Ozzie took over our kitchen in Lockdown as a Dark Kitchen to start his takeaway business “StuffMyPitta” – (SMP). We liked the idea, and the food, so much, we franchised our kitchen to him permanently when restrictions eased. He is from a Turkish-Cypriot background and wanted to put a modern spin on the food he grew up with whilst working many long hours at his fathers’ shop on Mill Road here in Cambridge. All the ingredients are freshly prepared on site as well as the baking of his Traditional homemade Pide bread. All grilling is done over a daily, freshly prepared charcoal pit. We hope you agree that he’s doing a great job, and most importantly you enjoy the food. We look forward to his take on the classic “Sunday Roast” this coming autumn & winter.
