As the first authentic Chinese cuisine restaurant in Wales, Great China has set a standard for its rivals to meet. Dishes in the restaurant itself are prepared with care and attention, offering a few old favourites such as prawn toast, Char Sui and lemon chicken, alongside some new names, such as Kung-Po prawns and beef in oyster sauce.
