Hensol Castle Distillery is based in the cellars of the beautiful 17th century Hensol Castle. We have a range of experiences: Gin Tour and Tasting: With a welcome drink on arrival you'll start the experience by learning about the history of the castle and gin then followed by a tutored tasting with of our Hensol Castle range and G&T at the bar for only £25 per person. Spiced Rum Making: It starts with a full Tour and Tasting experience then you make your way to our botanical room where you create your recipe for your own bespoke 70cl bottle of Spiced Rum starting from only £99. Gin Making: It starts with the full Gin Tour and Tasting experience then you make your way to our botanical room where you create your recipe for your own bespoke 70cl bottle of gin starting from only £99. Cocktail Masterclass: Whether it's your celebrating with a group of friends, a date night or just a weekend treat our cocktail masterclasses is a great evening of excitement in our copper bar!
