Established in 2017, the LetThemSeeCake Company is run by award winning sugarcraft artist and cake designer Gareth Davies (creative director), alongside his partner Ryan Rowe (managing director). Gareth has been making cakes since he was a young boy in Aberystwyth, Wales. With his eye for design and leading his small cake team, Gareth's passion is to give customers great memories by creating visually stylish buttercream cakes that taste just as flavoursome . Our homely cake shop in the heart of Victoria Park, Cardiff, offers hand-crafted stylish buttercream cakes for any occasion. Day to day, we also offer fresh macarons and other sweet treats as perfect additions.
