The Bistro has also just launched a selection of new themed days, with head chef hand-crafting each and every dish using the very best of local Welsh produce. There's 'Pie Wednesday', 'Fish Friday', and a freshly made dish of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, all at a great value-for-money price of £4.75. Afternoon tea is a speciality at the Bistro, available Monday to Friday. This classic British pastime is priced at £8.50 per person - pre booking is required as the menu is freshly made for you. Treats include delectable sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, with a plethora of stunning hand-crafted cakes and sweets.
