A great traditional community pub with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There are seperate bar and lounge areas. Home made cooked food Wednesday to Sunday 10am till 2pm and 5pm till 9pm Sunday Roast 12noon till 4pm The back patio is a sun trap in the summer and there is a marquee if the weather is not so good. There is a dart board, and 3 televisions showing matches on terrestial channels (no Sky or BT Sports, sorry). There is often live music on a Saturday There are two real ales, Rev James and another, which changes regularly. Doggie friendly with treats on the bar
