Since 1996, Cwmiar Farm Holiday Cottages have provided accommodation of a high standard in converted traditional stone farm buildings. The six cottages were refurbished in 2023 and, following the retirement of the previous owner, are under new ownership. Cwmiar is a tranquil place situated in a secluded valley on the slopes of Llanllwni mountain. Sheep, cattle and horses roam the open moorland and guests can ramble and enjoy panoramic views over the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and the Preseli Hills. Children love to feed and help take care of our farm animals and they can spend as much or as little time with us as they would like to. Play areas (including one just for toddlers) and our clubhouse with skittles, snooker, table tennis and darts provide further entertain for all ages. In the surrounding area there is plenty to do and visit including horse riding, preserved railways, market towns, beaches and even a gold mine. The whole family will have a wonderful time at Cwmiar
