Appledore Touring Park is a quiet friendly 5* (Visit England) park, award winning park (Highly Commended in the Devon Tourism Awards 2014) opened in September 2013. The park is personally supervised by Paul and Lisa Soper, who have recently taken over the paark, and whose ambition is to help make your stay enjoyable and carefree. The park covers eight acres and has 40 pitches with wonderful views of the Devon countryside and our surrounding farmland, landscaped for level pitches. We have hard-standing or grass pitches with 16-amp electric hook-up and with drinking water at each bollard. A separate area is available for tents. Our facilities include an underfloor heated toilet and shower block with private cubicles and a dedicated disabled area. There is a dishwashing and vegetable preparation area, tourist information point, washing machine, fridge for campers use, free Wi-Fi and good digital TV reception. Recycling and the usual waste points are all centrally located for your convenience. Well-behaved dogs (a maximum of three per pitch) with responsible owners are welcome.
