A warm welcome awaits you at The Compasses Pub Chelmsford. A family pub which seeks to serve its local community as well as customers from further afield, there really is something for everyone. For the sports fans not only is there Sky and BT Sports, there is also a pool table and dart boards in the public bar with weekly ‘Winner Takes All’ competitions. Games’ nights (crib, dominoes and board games) are also regularly held and new teams for all of these events are always welcome. For those who prefer a more tranquil environment, our spacious saloon bar provides the perfect setting for a quiet drink and a chat. We are currently working hard to find an excellent chef and will be offering a full food service in the near future. Social events, such as the ever popular Soul and Ska Nights are regular features and private hire for functions is also available.
