Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 infant under the age of 1 year Regrettably, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted, excluding 1 infant under the age of 1 year Bed linen and towels are provided Parking for 1 car is available directly outside the property but please note that larger vehicles will need to park tightly against the wall to avoid blocking the lane.
