This peaceful and stylish abode benefits from a quirky and distinctive layout with a spacious, comfortable sitting room and a well-equipped kitchen. A rather delightful aspect of the property is the cosy social dining room with its flickering log burner, the ideal space to enjoy your evening meal with friends and family. Externally there is a courtyard garden with beautiful country views onto the communal garden and nearby stream, the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00 The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied.
