A real old British pub with excellent pub food, All home cooked and made on the premises from as much organic and locally sourced produce as possible,including great vegetarian and vegan menus. There are Two great open log fires, and a great selection of real ales. A busy local customer base and a super friendly landlord. A bit off the beaten track so not too much passing trade. Which is a shame. Worth going just to say hello to the landlord's mad friendly Jack Russel terrier and his speed of light tail. Excellent beer and wine selection.
