We have a private entrance to our Loft extension with Sitting/dining space, small Kitchenette suitable for Ready Meals preparation and large west facing bedroom. With off road parking the property is in close proximity to a Bus route into Littlehampton or Rustington, with further connections on the 700 bus route from Brighton to Portsmouth so a car is not essential. Local Express store and a Leisure centre are within 10 mins walk. Scenic park within 5 minutes and the beach front a further 3 minutes easy walk. We have in the past, run a two bedroom B & B near Chichester and know the surrounding area well. The ‘Gulls’ offers you a welcome quiet break away from city life or a comfortable base when visiting friends and family in the area.
