The Balkerne Restaurant show cases the hospitality student Team both in the kitchen and front of house at Colchester Institute. We are open September to May during term time. We endeavour to serve seasonal produce with menus that reflect British and international cuisine, sometimes with a modern twist. The Balkerne Restaurant gives not only the food but the Team the opportunity to present their skills to customers.
