Established in 2008, British India Restaurant is the only rated Indian restaurant for miles, recommended by the Essex Food & Drink Guides, also featured in the Essex Tourism Guide. Since 1922, a restaurant has graced this very premises, formerly known as 'Annes'. Together with our selection of fine wines, we seek to provide an enjoyable memoir, just as Lord Mountbatten - the Last Viceroy of British India relished indeed. We can comfortably accommodate large groups for your Birthday, Anniversary, or any special occasions. Our restaurant has three separate themed dinning area's, so we can offer you the privacy of one of our areas if desired.
