Cuckoo dough is an exciting edition to Colchester’s food and drinks scene. Located in the centre of the old town, on the buzzing short Wyre street, we will be serving delicious brunch, wood-fired pizzas and a selection of thirst-quenching cocktails. Our interior design is inspired by the great outdoors and offers a quirky, yet relaxing space to socialize and unwind. We also have our very own roof terrace; where on a sunny day you can relax and enjoy a pizza and a drink or two within a nature-inspired setting.
