Hume's Bakery has sat at the heart of the Halstead High Street for over sixty years - we are currently serving our iconic sausage rolls to the fourth generation since opening in April 1960. Recently, we were proud to be named 'Essex Baker of Year' in 2010, which was also also the year of our golden anniversary. Our daily products includes freshly baked sausage rolls, pasties, pies, a selection of different bread including cobber, wholemeal, sandwich, floors and gluten free, by order only on Tuesday, we also sell soft, crusty, wholemeal rolls, creme cakes and doughnuts. We also make specialized celebration cakes
